Return & Exchange Policy

+ If you change your mind, you may choose to return or exchange the item(s).

+ There will be a fee of $80 to offset the delivery charges and a re-stocking fee charged at $60 for orders below $500 or 20% of invoiced amount for orders above $500.

+ Please note that the restocking fee will also apply if you wish to make an exchange or return your item(s) in order to place another order.

+ You will receive your refund in store credits.

7-Day Return Policy

+ If you change your mind, you may choose to return the item(s) within 7 days.

+ There will be a fee of $80 to offset the delivery charges and a re-stocking fee charged at $60 for orders below $500 or 20% of invoiced amount for orders above $500.

+ An example of the credit refund would be: Invoiced amount - delivery charges - re-stocking fees. You will receive your refund in store credits.

+ Goods accepted by you are considered to be free of defects. At return, goods with defects will not be accepted.

Cancellation

+ You may cancel your order within 24 hours. You will receive a full refund in store credits.

+ Outside of 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee will apply on the invoiced amount. Please quote your order number and use the contact details below.

+ Promotional, "As-Is" or Display Pieces items are strictly non cancellable. These items are explicitly labelled "on sale", "display set" or "as-is" in the showroom or on our website.

+ Made-To-Order Products are strictly non-cancellable.
