DELIVERY FEES

  • Orders below $500: $30 delivery fee applies.
  • Orders $500 and above: Complimentary delivery.

Delivery Requirements

To ensure smooth delivery and installation:

  • Please be present at the scheduled delivery time.
  • Please ensure sufficient space is cleared for installation.
  • The delivery location must have safe and reasonable access (e.g., no safety hazards, adequate clearance, accessible loading areas).
  • Delivery timings are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Rescheduling & Failed Delivery

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your delivery up to 3 working days before the confirmed delivery date at no charge.
  • Rescheduling within 3 working days will incur an $80 fee.

Failed Deliveries

A fee of $80 per subsequent delivery attempt applies if delivery fails due to:

  • No one was present to receive the delivery
  • Incorrect delivery address
  • Inadequate space
  • Unsafe environment
  • Uncommunicated restrictions (e.g., vehicle height limits, cut-off timings, parking restrictions, delivery deposits required by building management)

Inspection Upon Delivery

  • Please inspect all items upon delivery.
  • Report any visible defects to the delivery team immediately before signing the delivery order.
  • Once the delivery order is signed, items are deemed accepted in good condition.
  • Grey & Sanders reserves the right to reject any items with visible damage reported after acceptance.

Returns Upon Delivery (Change of Mind)

If you decline the item at the point of delivery:

  • $80 logistics fee applies
  • 20% restocking fee based on total order value

Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Additional charges may apply if items are not in resaleable condition.

PRIORITY DELIVERY

Fee: $80 per order

Applicable for:

  • Urgent delivery requests requiring fulfillment within less than 3 working days
  • ⁠Requests for delivery on non-standard or fully booked delivery dates
  • Any other situations that requires special arrangements

All priority delivery requests are:

  • Subject to availability
  • Not guaranteed until confirmed by our team

STAIRCASE FEES

For locations without lift access:

  • $40 per level per item up to a maximum of 5 levels

If staircase delivery is required:

  • Please inform us at least 7 working days in advance

For oversized or heavy items requiring additional manpower:

  • Charges will be assessed and quoted on a case-by-case basis.

SELF COLLECTION

Self-collection is available at our showroom located at:
315 Outram Road, #15-03, Tan Boon Liat Building, Singapore 169074.

  • Please allow a minimum of 7 working days for order preparation and transfer.
  • Assembly can be requested prior to collection.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the item fits and can be safely transported in their vehicle.
  • Please present valid proof of purchase (email confirmation or order number) upon collection.

WAREHOUSE STORAGE FEES

  • Complimentary storage for up to 3 months from the date of purchase.
  • After 3 months, $50 per month per item will apply.

DISPOSAL FEES

Disposal of existing furniture is available at:

  • $80–$130 per item, depending on size and type

Please inform us at least 5 working days in advance.

We reserve the right to decline disposal if:

  • The item is unsafe to handle
  • It poses a health or safety risk to our staff
