If you change your mind, you may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

The following charges will apply:

• A logistics fee of $80 per order
• A restocking fee of 20% of the original invoiced amount
• Approved returns will be issued in the form of store credit only.

Items must be:

• In original condition
• Unused
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Grey & Sanders reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation for a full refund in the form of store credit.

After 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee based on the invoiced amount will apply.

• As-Is or Display pieces
• Made-To-Order (MTO) products
• Customised products
• Wood slab products

These items will be clearly identified on our website or in-store prior to purchase.

As-Is or Display items:

• Are sold in their existing condition
• Are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or warranty
• May contain cosmetic imperfections
• Are available for viewing online only. Physical viewing may not be available.

All customised, Made-To-Order (MTO), and wood slab products are produced specifically for each customer.

As such, they:

• Cannot be cancelled once confirmed
• Cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded

Store credits:

• Are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash
• Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions
• Cannot be applied to sale items, consignment items, service fees, or customisation fees
• Must be used while logged into your registered account

Sale or discounted items:

• Are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund
• Remain covered under standard manufacturing defect warranty (if applicable), unless otherwise stated

Discounted wood slabs are not eligible for:

• “Free Dining Table Legs” promotion
• “Discounted Dining Table Legs” promotion

Grey & Sanders may, at its sole discretion and subject to stock availability, offer alternative leg options or purchase arrangements.

Grey & Sanders shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or inability to perform its obligations where such delay or failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Fire, flood, or extreme weather
• War, civil unrest, or government actions
• Supply chain disruptions
• Shipping or freight delays
• Pandemic or epidemic events

In such circumstances, Grey & Sanders reserves the right to extend delivery timelines until normal operations resume.

Grey & Sanders reserves the right to:

• Reject any return that does not comply with these Terms
• Cancel any order that breaches these Terms
• Amend these Terms & Conditions at its discretion
