Return & Exchanges
- If you have a change of mind, you may choose to return or exchange the product(s) you’ve purchased within 7 days of the product(s) being received by you.
- There is a $80 fee for all return and exchange orders to offset the delivery charges.
- There is an additional restocking fee of $60 for orders below $500, or 20% of the invoiced amount for orders above $500.
- All refunds will be in the form of store credits.
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of making payment. You will receive your full refund in the form of store credits.
- After 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee will be imposed on the invoiced amount.

- Promotional, "As-Is" or Display Pieces items are strictly non-cancellable. These items are explicitly labelled "on sale", "display set" or "as-is" in the showroom or on our website.
- Made-To-Order Products and Wood Slab Products are strictly non-cancellable.
Warranty
- Warranty is only applicable for manufacturing defects.
- The warranty period starts from the date of delivery.
- This warranty extends only to the original purchasers who acquire new products from Grey and Sanders.
- All products, parts, or components must have been installed, used, and maintained according to the given instructions and must not have been subject to misuse or abuse in order to be eligible for coverage under this warranty.
- Any modification done to the original product voids the warranty.

Wood Slabs
- Warranty is only applicable for manufacturing defects.
- The warranty period starts from the date of delivery.

Sofas
- The natural characteristics of leather marks, changes in surface finishes, variations of shades, scars, tick bites, and wrinkles occur naturally in leather. These characteristics are not considered a manufacturing defect.
- Pilling on fabric surface, stretching, wrinkling, color variation, and natural textural changes due to usage are not considered manufacturing defects.
- All foam & cushions will soften with normal use and naturally conform to the shape of the user over time. This is considered as normal wear and tear and not a manufacturing defect.
- Warranty is applicable for 5 years for any defects in the frame structure or springs.
- Warranty is applicable for 2 years for any defects in the recliner mechanism.
- Warranty is applicable for 1 year for any defects in the upholstery.
Case Goods
- Surface wear and tear is common in case goods after use. These are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under the warranty.
- Chairs, Wardrobes, TV Consoles, Sideboards, Cabinets, Table Legs, Beds all come with a 1 year warranty.
Adjustable Legs
- The Albert & Robert legs come with a 3 year warranty.
Mattresses
- The Sloth Mattresses come with a 10 year warranty.
Extendable Table
- Due to the nature of the mechanism in the Hudson Extendable Table, you may experience a 1mm to 3mm gap and height difference in-between the wooden panels of the table. This is a normal feature of the product, and is not indicative of a defect in the table.
