5.2. Prices are in SGD unless otherwise stated, and payments must be made through the designated payment methods on our website or through mutually agreed documented in-person payment methods such as but not limited to, PayNow or bank transfer, through our professional staff.

5.3 We make every effort to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and stock availability, but errors may occur. In such cases, we will contact you to resolve any discrepancies.

6.1. Delivery timelines are estimated and are not guaranteed. Grey & Sanders will not be held liable for delays outside of our control.

6.2. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier.

The aggregate liability of Grey & Sanders to you for all claims and damages related to these Terms of Use or your use or inability to use the services, any websites linked to it, any content or services on or provided in connection with the services or such other websites will not exceed $200 Singapore dollars.
