FEATURE 3: A COOL BUILDING OF HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE

Located in the historical neighborhood of Tiong Bahru, Tan Boon Liat building was built in 1971, and is the last industrial building standing in the vicinity. Of late, it has become the go-to furniture shopping location in Singapore.

It is opposite the grave of Singaporean Pioneer and philantrophist Tan Tock Seng
