Delivery & Self Collection

Delivery Fees

  • For orders under $500, a delivery fee of $80 applies.
  • Please be present during the delivery as assembly and installation will be done indoors. We seek your kind assistance to make space for it.
  • Please ensure delivery location has reasonable access and is safe for installation with no hazardous situation. A return trip of $80 is chargeable if delivery or installation is unable to be completed due to the above situations.
  • You may reschedule your delivery up to 3 working days prior to the delivery. date Last minute rescheduling will incur a rescheduling fee of $80.
  • For failed deliveries due to no show, incorrect delivery address, or if delivery location restrictions such as cut-off time, vehicle height limits, parking restrictions and delivery deposits were not communicated, a fee of $80 will be charged for every subsequent delivery attempt.
  • Kindly check all your items and inform the delivery team or Grey & Sanders of any defects upon delivery before signing the delivery order. Otherwise, Grey & Sanders will not be liable for any damages found thereafter.
  • Upon delivery, if you change your mind, you may return them for a fee of $80 to offset the delivery charges plus a re-stocking fee charged at $60 for orders below $500 or 20% of the total order value for orders above $500.

Staircase Fees

  • For delivery locations that are not lift accessible, there will be a charge of $40 per level per item.
  • Please contact us at least 7 working days in advance if the delivery team will be required to make any delivery by stairs.
  • For items that are too heavy or bulky to be carried by two delivery personnel, charges will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.

Self-Collection

  • Self-Collection is available at our showroom located at 315 Outram Road, #15-03, Tan Boon Liat Building, Singapore 169074.
  • Please allow a minimum of 7 working days for your order to be prepared and transferred to our showroom for self-collection.
  • For furniture items requiring assembly, you may request to have them assembled prior to collection. It is your responsibility to ensure that the assembled items can be safely transported in your vehicle or chosen mode of transport.
  • Please present a valid proof of purchase (e.g., email confirmation or order number) upon collection.

Warehouse Storage Fees

  • If you require us to hold your items in storage before being delivered to you, we will be able to store your items for 3 months at no cost. After these 3 months, a $50 fee per month per item will apply.

Disposal Fees

  • Depending on the size of your items, our deliverymen can help you to dispose of any unwanted existing furniture at the delivery location. Disposal for small items is at $30, medium items at $80, and large items at $130. Please refer to our services page for more information. Please note that we reserve the right to reject disposal requests to protect the safety of our delivery men.
