• This store credit cannot be used alongside any other promotions or used on any sale/promotional/consignment items, service fees, or customisation fees.
• Store credit is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
• Please ensure you are logged in to your account when checking out in order to utilise your store credits.
• Your available store credit balance will automatically be offset from your cart amount.
• Grey & Sanders reserves the right to cancel the order if it does not comply with the T&Cs.

As-Is & Display Items

• All As-Is or Display items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
• All As-Is items are only available for viewing through our website and cannot be arranged for physical viewing.
• As-Is or Display items are not eligible for warranties.

Customisation

• All custom orders including Made To Order (MTO) sofas and wood slab products are strictly non-cancellable and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Wood Care

• Wood Care is priced at $80 and must be purchased together with a wood slab product in the same order.
• Coverage for Wood Care lasts for 5 years, starting from the date of delivery.
• Wood Care customers enjoy unlimited fuss-free wood slab refinishing services at $280 each, instead of the usual standalone price of $500 for benches and $700 for tabletops. Refinishing service includes sanding and coating of wood slab at your place.
